《机密武装》曾经是PSP上公布的第一款FPS游戏。讲述的故事发生在近未来，军方用来训练士兵与外星人对抗的战斗模拟系统突然出现严重病毒，导致各种具有攻击性的程序在虚拟网络空间流窜。更加严重的是该系统无法关闭。于是他们集合全球黑客的力量进入虚拟世界中消灭病毒。在游戏中玩家扮演的就是进入了虚拟世界的武装黑客。 bXX0 q+IQk

在《机密武装 蔓延》中给人的感觉与前作没有太大区别，玩家仍然是在虚拟世界的房间和走廊中战斗，敌人还是各种虚拟昆虫和机器人。不过可以明显的看到，第一作中受到恶评的系统被改良了，最明显的不同之处就在于环境。前作的全部室内环境让人感觉异常压抑，而且显得非常单调。而在本作中，玩家终于可以看到天空了。 z/J`$ ./5

由于不再是简单的室内环境，本作的场景也不再是随机生成的了。每个关卡由一些各个静态的部分构成，中间由走道和门连接，与普通的FPS游戏一样。制作人员表示，本作在敌人的种类和AI方面也都有了很大的变化。虽然前作中敌人的智能已经足以带给玩家激烈的战斗，但本作中敌人的行为显然要更加聪明。游戏总共有6大任务，每个任务又分为很多分支任务。前作的自动瞄准系统在本作中还没有最终确定，存档系统也还在研究中。在多人游戏方面，《蔓延》这次将四人网络模式提高到了八人。目前本作预定2007年9月份在北美地区上市，喜欢这类游戏的玩家不要错过本作。
